No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu

No-Gi is jiu-jitsu without the kimono, where wrestling meets submission grappling.

It suits anyone who is into MMA or simply likes a faster pace. No uniform required: bring comfortable athletic clothing and your determination.

At what age can my child start?

Children can start as young as four. Classes are tailored to different age groups, so the learning and the fun stay age-appropriate.

Is jiu-jitsu safe for children?

Safety is our top priority. Jiu-jitsu teaches children how to defend themselves without promoting aggression, and our instructors keep every class a safe place to learn.

Will my child have to compete?

No. Tournaments are optional. We support and prepare students who want to compete, but our main focus is personal growth and martial arts education.

Can I watch a class before signing up?

Yes. Parents are welcome to watch a class and see our teaching style, class structure and academy culture first-hand.

Do you offer family discounts?

Yes. We offer family discounts so families can train together. Contact us for the details of our family plans.

Self-Defense Jiu-Jitsu

Learn how to stay calm, protect yourself and use leverage to handle bigger, stronger opponents.

Self-defense training takes the techniques of jiu-jitsu and applies them to everyday situations, standing or on the ground. It also covers awareness and prevention, so you can avoid trouble before it starts.

Law Enforcement Training

Coach Roan and Coach Rodrigo Artilheiro lead POST-certified programs (Peace Officer Standards and Training) that teach officers real-world techniques.

They have trained officers from Norcross PD, East Point PD and Lawrenceville PD, equipping them with practical, life-saving skills.
